Note the incredible change. Last month only 40.47% of stocks were trading above their 50-day moving average. As of today, 73.55% stocks are.
The bull is running; there were 58 new highs in the S&P 500 (list below) and 2 new lows. I also note that WFC and XOM made all-time highs.
