The major indices were up today, with SPX up 1.03% after being down 1.18% yesterday.  The streak of 60+ days without a 1% move or larger has now been broken with back-to-back 1% + moves... a new streak begins.

Small cap biotech stocks have been whip-sawing, after being down more than 12% during a rather calm market, the group was up more than 2% today and all 20 of the largest absolute stock movers were up. 7-18-14: Daily Biotech Small & Micro Cap Update
